  Dear Yuichi:
Your card dated May 23 arrived today. It must have come over by a slow boat. I have found that post cards take a lot longer in the mail than do first class letters. sometimes when I am overseas and want a post card to get to the destination as soon as possible, I put it into an envelope. It costs more postage, but I know it may arrive before I get home. When I read your card and you said you could fly from London to New York on the Concorde, I became very envious. One dream I have had if I had the money was to fly to Europe on the Concorde and come back on the QE2 liner. It will probably remain a dream. Since this your one opportunity to realize your dream of round the world trip and a flight on the Concorde, I will delay some of my traveling so that you can achieved it. It will make me happy to know that in some small way I have helped someone else to achieve their dream. If your dream comes true then you can come to Austin for several days of rest before we go to see Helen in Fredericksburg. We will drive through the Texas Hill Coutry to spend two night in San Antonio where you can see the Alamo and visit with one or two X-POWs from Omori ( Butterworth ) and Joe Alexander ( Trejo ). Joe was the chicken toban in Omori. Then drive back to Austin. I am hoping to go to San Francisco on the 10th of July to see my youngest daughter and her family who have been transferred near there from Mexico City. I also want to see an uncle in Benicia, California. This is the only rather firm travel plans I have at the present time. Any other trips can wait until after you have made your plans. Have a good summer.

Sincerely, Bob
