KUNITACHI

    Kunitachi is a small city in the countryside of Tokyo. It takes about 45 minutes from Shinjuku the centre of Tokyo, and about 3 hours to go to Narita airport. Our city is the new city promoted to be the educational and cross-cultural area. There are three big universities, Hitotsubashi university, Kunitachi musical university and Yusei university, and many famous schools, from primary school to high school. Because of this, Pajingo (slot machine shop), Pub, bar or some kind of entertainment like these are prohibited in this city. So don’t worry about the crime…

    For the environment side, Kunitachi have a good environment. Our city is full of trees and flowers. There are Sakura trees, and Pine trees along Daigaku douri which is the main road of the city. All our the year, Kunitachi have its own attractive atmosphere. From the colour full of  flowers and Pink sakura everywhere in spring, the green leaves and the sound of insect in summer, the red and yellow leaves in fall, and the blue sky and the ume blossom in winter......

     Also Kunitachi is the new resident area. Most of the people here are the middle classes and high classes, but there are also the student that came for other province to study here. Though our city is just a small city, but everything that needed for living are all supplied. There are supermarkets, small department store, many kind of foreign restaurants, ranking from the high price’s for high class people to the more lower price for students.  

    For the things other than above, like electric goods or cloths. We don't need to go to Shinjuku or Shibuya. All of the things are supplied in Tachikawa, the city next to Kunitachi that we can go there by train (about 5 miniute) or by bicycle (about  20 minute).
